Pre-Inspection and Home Warranty
If you were a buyer, would you offer more for a home that had been thoroughly and professionally inspected? I will coordinate inspections of your heating systems and roof to make your transaction go smoother. I also recommend you place a home warranty on the property to remove any concern about it’s condition.
